The packaging is amazing with lots of different lovely details, the drawing of the picture was spot on and the length of the necklace itself was perfect. I loved the experience shopping with Irwin, very close man, i consider this the perfect gift to give someone who likes accesories, the quality is great and everything is very thought trough.

I have brought a few jumpers now as I love the way they are made and how special they are. I had one made for example for my daughter who was missing my father who had passed away and she felt she had nothing special to remind her of him. I had a picture of him holding her and had it made into one of these wonderful jumpers. The quality is amazing and the design just beautiful. I highly recommend these are special presents.
I canโt believe the quality of the embroidery, it is so accurate and beautiful. Itโs also packaged up with such thought. Honestly, I cannot get over the quality, the customer service too! They actually rang me to double check something and they were so lovely on the phone. I lost my dad 6 weeks ago and this embroidery is of a note I randomly kept from a couple of years ago but I noticed the writing on the note was fading so this was the perfect way to keep it remembered forever. The hoodie was, as always , exceptional, and my best friend was so pleased. I was so surprised to see the lovely extras which I was sent for being a loyal customer. My friend absolutely loved the wooden coasters and recipe book holder, they were such good quality. I kept the gorgeous wooden frame for myself and cannot wait to put one of my favourite pictures in there.

I am extremely happy with the outcome of this hoodie. The material is great, size is great, the embroidery is spot on to the image I requested on the hoodie. I simply can't wait to gift it to my partner on our anniversary ๐.

I bought a hoodie as a gift for my friends with a picture of hands holding and some personal handwriting on the sleeve, i did contact the business before ordering to make sure the photo would work, to which i got a reply the same day.
When it came it was beautifully packed and well presented, the embroidery captured the moment perfectly, the photo used was printed and mounted with some absolutely beautiful words, the letter enclosed was a lovely touch, from start to finish i was very impressed and will definitely use again and i have told many people about it already.

And for my dad, he absolutely loves it. He likes the pictures on the hoodie, and he likes the things in the box (letter for him, it's for you card, keyring and the related photo). He also thinks the words on the sleeves are lovely and cute.
