I requested this to be done on a oodie style top and it turned out great the wife absolutely loves it. Ill be ordering another for my mum very soon came really fast to right in time for mother's day the staff are really helpful to.
Before I placed my order I was very specific in what I wanted so I got onto the chat and was asking if everything I wanted could be done which they said yes. There response time was very fast and efficient. So I ordered what I wanted and put the details in again while doing the order.
When I received the jumpers they were not how I asked them to be and the last D in dad looked like a O.
I got straight back onto them and explained that it wasn’t what I had asked for. It was very hard to get responses from them that I had to send two messages to get one responses each time.
They said they would do new ones up on the Monday and send them out. I also told them I had to pay customs on the jumpers which I had no problem about but that when they send me the replacement jumpers that I would have to pay customs again and I sent them a screen shot of the customs receipt I paid. I asked them for a refund for the customs charge as I didn’t feel I should have to pay for customs again. I didn’t hear anything back or get a refund for the customs.
Heard nothing and no email about the order been processed so by the Thursday I contacted them again and they said they were back logged and would get to it today which I understand but they should of emailing me as they new I was on a time frame to get it sent to my sister in Singapore.
The jumpers did arrive and I’m really happy with them but really disappointed with the customer service and for that I wouldn’t use them again or recommend them.

Just received the jumper, it's a present for a friend's birthday. It's a beautiful design and the jumper is super soft. Really happy with it and excited to give it to my friend. Delivery was also very fast and easy.

I spoke with moments made through the live chat feature and from start to finish it was just fabulous! This company went above and beyond to make sure my mind was at ease. I was recommended Moments Made by a friend who had bought a few items from them, and I can honestly say I’m so pleased I ordered.
The items are great quality and really well designed. I bought a T-shirt for my partner for Christmas using a drawing my daughter had done of the three of us. The drawing was quite detailed, and I was worried the smaller details wouldn’t translate well onto a T-shirt.
However, when the T-shirt arrived, the drawing had been replicated perfectly. The stitching is so neat and accurate, and the colour of the thread is beautiful. The quality of the T-shirt itself is also excellent, better than high-street quality, and absolutely worth the price.
My partner really appreciated the gift. It’s a wonderful idea for someone who is tricky to buy for, or who already has everything they need.
