i ordered this customised hoodie for my boyfriend and he loves it! the material is super soft and fleece like on the inside, the quality of the hoodie is amazing! the communication with the company throughout the ordering and shipping process has been great! kept me in the loop the whole time, overall so happy with the result and you can tell the company owner (irwan) really cares about every customer and order! thank u so much! :)

Huge fan of the companies work, placed my first order and added a note to adjust image placement (as suggested on the order page). Received product and although the embroidery is great the placement request hadn’t been actioned. I was able to contact them easily by email but they claimed the note was never added (despite me being able to prove otherwise) - unfortunately they weren’t willing to acknowledge or rectify their mistake. Be cautious if ordering with adjustments or requests. Also sizing comes up big so considering sizing down.

I ordered a custom outline hoodie and, because I was looking for extra lines and colours, Irwan sent me a draft design, which he happily adjusted when asked. Irwan stayed in touch throughout the entire process and was both enthusiastic and kind. I had placed an order via another shop on Etsy, which I cancelled because I didn’t feel they were listening to my design requests l, and I’m so glad I went with Moments Made instead. I was slightly sceptical about the quality of the fabric but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised - it’s much thicker than I anticipated and the embroidery is weighty and beautiful. The packaging is also lovely and add-ons like the key ring and original photo really made this gift feel special. I would definitely shop here again.
