Honestly I was worried when I ordered it that it wouldn't look like i wanted it too. As i tried other companies and they couldn't do what i wanted them to do. but when it arrived I was so pleased and happy it was exactly what I wanted. It looks so great and I can't wait to give it to my boyfriend for his birthday.
Saw a friend had ordered a jumper for his girlfriend. Had been looking at these type of jumpers that have popped up online but didn't trust the site. So did she. I saw that this company was good I decided to order. Ordering was easy. It came before Christmas. I ordered it for my daughter. She loves it and so do I. Will definitely order again.
I wish the embroidery had included the sign in the picture, and also that I could add a line break on the sleeve message (wanted "Hannah xxx" at the bottom of the sleeve), otherwise it is very comfy and cute and I'm sure my mum will love it. Would be great if there was a preview function available so I could make notes about this. It took a long time to come because of Christmas orders, think it came at the end of January, thankfully I was told this through email and choose this to be a birthday present for her in February. Hopefully they have caught up with the orders now but something to bare in mind if you need it as a last minute gift.

A sentimental, special way for my mom to cherish a special time of having all of her grandchildren together. She could not love it more! Arrived well in time for xmas, despite it clearly being an overwhelmingly busy period for the company, and their communication was always clear and honest. Highly recommend.
What a beautiful sweatshirt delivered for my husband. Its so personal and touching. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was a little longer than expected but it was Christmas period. Perfect Christmas present.

So this is a review of the hoodie, which I love :) they followed my request to only include the tree and the people, and the handwriting on the sleeve has come out very well, especially as they took the initiative to reduce the size of the finger-spaces (- my daughter still uses her finger so they are large!) Very happy now - thanks!

After losing our beautiful dog, Betty Bubbles after 14 happy years I wanted to get my other half a momento of her, but something subtle, something that you would only know if you knew. After much thought about which photo to choose, I took the plunge and sent my image. Because there's no proof reading stage, I was a little nervous of how it would turn out, but oh my goodness I could not be happier. Its almost like you knew that Betty was the main focus as you putso much into her features and my partner was in the background. It's stunning and the addition of a little personalised saying on the cuff was the finishing touch. We just love it and although there were tears when we opened it, it was pure happiness. I've had an issue with the delivery service (royal mail) which decided not to deliver my package. They were really prompt in contacting them and sorting everything out, as soon as the package got back to them it got sent back instantly!
When it arrived I was so satisfied with the quality, sizing, photo itself, embroidery and the nice touch even on the tag :)
Same with my girlfriend which said it's the most unique and beautiful gift she's ever received <3
