Can I see the design preview?
We create unique ✍️ hand-drawn outline arts for each individual order and this process takes time.
Unfortunately, we can't show the design preview before ordering. We hope you'd understand :)
Not sure if your photo would work well? Don't worry, as we can use almost all photos, as long as they are quite clear to our eyes (i.e. no need to be extra focus).

When will I receive my order?
We aim to complete and post your order within 1-2 business days of ordering.

2-3 business days by Royal Mail Tracked 48
📍 International:
Depending on country, ranges up to 5-10 business days, to be confirmed at checkout.
How does the garment feel? Materials?

They are made out of 50/50 Cotton & Polyester Mix 🧵 and weighing from 280 to 300gsm. It’s not too thick or too thin, making it perfect to be worn on its own during spring & autumn 🍂 or with some more layers during cold winter months ❄️
Where do you make them?
Each personalised order is crafted in our studio in Belmont, Surrey 🇬🇧

In the past year, we’re blessed to have more talented individuals joining our team, and now we are processing all orders in-house.
Can I choose the location?
Yes of course! By default it will be placed at the centre chest area.
However, if you'd like it to be slightly smaller and placed around the heart area, simply leave a note to have it on TOP LEFT or TOP RIGHT from the perspective of those wearing it.
For example: TOP LEFT if you'd want it towards left chest / around the heart.
What type of photos can I use?
As we manually hand-draw the outlines for each order, we can use almost any photos, and only make sure that they are relatively clear for us to use (i.e. Doesn’t have to be extremely sharp 😊).
We only request not to submit any spicy photo, thank you. ✨

What sizes do you have?
We have size XS to 5XL available in stock.
