1. How long do I need to wait?

Here is our work timeline:
Day 1 & 2 - Designing your personalised outline arts
Day 3 - Embroidering, quality check & dispatch
Day 4 & 5 - Your order is on its way..
Day 6 - Arrival of your order

*As our team is carefully designing & crafting your personalised hoodie/sweatshirt, we would really appreciate your extra patience : )

 

2. Where are we based in?

MomentsMade is based in a lovely small town called Sutton in Surrey. Most orders are posted on Hermes Tracked Delivery Service (2-3 Business Days). If you need it sooner? Please choose "Express" at checkout for First Class Delivery option.

 

3. Does the "MomentsMade" logo have to be there?

No, all there are options to remove the logo or replace it with your own personalised text. Simply put your preference on the "personalisation box" or send direct message to me.

 

4. Does it have to be human portraits?

Of course not, we accept request for almost any objects(animals, landmarks, cartoon, etc.) Drop us a message if you're not sure.

 

5. How about the return / exchange policy?

As all orders are personalised, we can’t accept return or exchange. However, we will do our best to make each order unique and to be best we could.
